Page Breaks is on the Format menu. It sets page breaks when printing from the outline view. Like other Format menu rules, you can create scope rules for Page Breaks through the Rules window. The default rule is for Levels 0-999 at the Home headline, and Level 0-0 at a subheadline. If you hold down the Option key while choosing a Page Break command, MORE attaches a Level 1-1 rule to the selected headline. Use the Preview window to see how your information will print. Listed below are the page break options:
Clear Page Breaks Clears all page break rules from the selected headline.
Start New Page Starts the selected headline on a new page.
Keep Lines Together Starts the selected headline on a new page if a page break would otherwise occur within a wrapped headline.
Keep Outline Together Starts the selected headline on a new page if a page break would otherwise occur within a headline or a document window.
